Creating an account with Forkliftonline will help you work with the website more effectively.

If you are interested in buying vehicles or machinery, you might find useful our possibilities for subscription management, saving ads in favorites, and comparison.

How to register a private person at the website?
In order to create an account of a private person, use the safest and most reliable way - register using OAuth (Facebook, Google and others) or with your email address.
How to restore access to an account?
If you registered using your email address and forgot your password, your access can be restored through the "restore password" feature.
Attention! Enter using OAuth (Facebook, Google and others) in order not to lose access to your account.
How to view ad statistics?
Ad statistics are available in your profile: link.
How to change the contact details (email address, phone number etc.)?
To change your contact details, go to the "Settings" tab at your profile and update the data.
How to manage subscriptions?
You can add, remove, and modify subscriptions in your Forkliftonline account, change notification frequency or turn them off entirely.
How do I log in to my account if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Login/Register” button in the upper right corner, and then click “Password recovery” on the login page. In the special field, enter your email to which your account is registered, where you will receive an email with a special link. Follow the link in the email, set a NEW password and save the changes.
After that, you can log into your account using the new password.
*You can also request a sheet of special instructions for setting a new password from your personal manager by phone.

If you do not want to waste time on possible password recovery, use the method of logging into your account using social networks. It is fast, convenient, safe and does not require additional manipulations when creating new login data.

How can I edit phone numbers, email address, company description, and logo?
In order to change the phone numbers, email address, company description, or brand logo, please contact your personal manager in any convenient way:
  • Send a message with new information using the "Help" tab;
  • Send an email describing the desired changes with attachments to the email address of your personal manager;
  • Call the manager.
How do I log into my account immediately after activation (if not previously authorized and signing in for the first time)?
If you want to advertise on our platforms, but have not been registered with us yet, please let your personal manager know which email address you will use for logging in.
The manager will add your current e-mail address to your company's advertising page. After confirmation of payment for any service, your account will be activated and the manager will send a message about account activation to your email address, as well as a “Restore Password” email. You can set your password using the latter email. Then you can log in to your account using your email address as the login and the password that you created in the “Restore Password” message.
Where can I find and how can I get a paid invoice (invoice/act of rendered services)?
In the balance section of your personal account dashboard, there are special notes “List of invoices” and “Account transaction history”. Go to “List of invoices”, where you will see all paid invoices, and you will also be able to get the acts of rendered services as PDF files right in your personal account.
You can also request your personal manager to send you a PDF copy of the act to your email or the original documents to your mailing address.
Why do ads take a long time to appear on the website (when the “Import Ads” service is activated)?

Ads are synchronized several times a day. This process takes some time (from several minutes to several hours).

All automatically imported ads are subject to moderation. That is, if an ad does not appear on the site for a long time, most likely it has already been imported, but the moderator has not checked it yet. After checking, the ad immediately appears on the website. Moderation helps to avoid errors in the description of automatically imported ads and prevents them from being placed in the wrong categories. Ads are checked within a few working days.

If you are technically capable of providing a list of your current ads in XML/CSV format, then with clear categorization and no other errors, moderation can be disabled and ads will be posted immediately after import.

Where are the requests received by equipment leasing/delivery service companies stored?
In order to view all the requests you have received for Leasing or Delivery of equipment, you need to hover the cursor over your email address in the upper part of the personal account dashboard (where the search bar is located). A drop-down list will appear on the screen. In this list, there is a section “Requests” where all requests are stored.
How do I create/remove/edit subscriptions?
You can subscribe to a section of interest directly in the list of ads using the “Subscribe” button. You can also create a subscription on your own by specifying the necessary search parameters.

You can add, delete and modify subscriptions in your {project} account dashboard, change the frequency of emails or disable them completely.

To make changes, go to the “Subscriptions” tab in your account.

How do I delete an account if I registered by mistake?
If you registered on the website by mistake or no longer wish to use our services, click “Settings” in the account dashboard, select “Delete Account” and submit a request for deletion.
Our managers will delete the account as soon as the request is received, but we look forward to your return.
How do I log in to my account if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click on the “Sign in/Registration” button in the upper right corner, and then click “Recover Password” on the sign-in page. In the stipulated field, enter the email which you used to register your account. You will receive an email with a special link. Follow the link in the email, set a NEW password and save the changes.
You can then log into your account using your new password.
*You can also request an email with a password reset link from your personal manager by phone.
Why is a posted ad not showing in the “Inactive” section?

Be sure to sign up and log in to your account before posting an ad.

If you have started posting ads and notice that you are not logged in to your account, those ad will not be saved in your account. You need to log in and add the ad again.

If you have added an ad to the list of inactive ads, but can't find it in “Inactive”, check if you have only one account with our website. You may have placed an ad using another account or device. In that case, the ad may be in a different account.

After posting/publishing an ad, it shows up on the website but not in the account dashboard. Where can I find it?

If you have added and paid for an ad, it may be subject to additional verification by moderators and will appear on the website as soon as it is verified.

If an ad has already appeared on the website, but you do not see it in your account under the “Ads”/“Active” tab, most likely you have multiple personal accounts on our platforms and the ad was placed using a different account. Please first check all of your accounts to make sure that the ad wasn't placed using one of them, then contact your manager for assistance.

Why are there no funds in my balance even though I paid my account top-up or ad placement bill?

Please note that the confirmation of payment by “Bank transfer” (wire transfer from a company or by banking details through the terminal / bank cash desk) can take up to 3 working days.

Choose LiqPay as the payment method for instant payment confirmation and balance crediting (this payment method depends on the country).

Why does it take a long time for an ad to appear on the website?
